For reasons of security, building tranquility, insurance and compliance with traveler registration obligations, only the persons mentioned in the reservation are authorized to access the accommodation. Visits from outside individuals are not permitted.
To ensure the safety of people and property, this residence is equipped with a video surveillance system in the access area. The building is also equipped with such systems in the common areas. Where such systems are present, they are clearly marked in accordance with applicable regulations and used exclusively for security purposes.
We require a security deposit of €150. This amount is not automatically deducted but may be withheld or claimed in the event of damage, loss of keys, failure to comply with house rules or damage found after the stay, in accordance with the conditions of the platform concerned.
The total amount of the reservation, including any applicable fees, is shown before the reservation is confirmed.
Payments are made via the secure payment methods offered on the platform or on the booking site.
The owner reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, reservations already confirmed will retain the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
